It's with much sadness that I say goodbye to this Quiet Cricket blog. I've really enjoyed my small adventure into blog-land for the few months I kept this journal, and making some friends here too. However, I think it's time for me to create a new website (my lack of posts over this past week is due to blogdrive problems and problems with me being uninspired to write on this particular website...) I've also been feeling a little overwhelmed with life and  family and trying to be supportive to friends who are going through some hard times at the moment. So I think it's best to take a break and concentrate on my 'paper journal' for a while. I'll also try to update my Flickr site with pictures of all the crafting I'll have time to do, haha...

Thank you to all friends and family who have been stopping by here to see what we've been up to. I have been totally blown away by the fact that anyone would actually find my ramblings worth a read... sometimes I feel so overwhelmed with my 'smallness' and the amount of amazing creativity on the internet and in the world... and knowing how best to respond to it. I'm pretty sure it's to stay immersed and involved as much as my free time will allow! So, I'll see you again soon.
